When your order is dispatched from MicksGarage.com, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We may dispatch your order from multiple warehouses and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email for each package. We'll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.
If your order is being shipped via an express or tracked shipping service, we'll include your tracking number in our dispatch notification email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
